Founder
Mrs Rosabel Teo – Dedicated Educator with 26 Years of Experience
Mrs Rosabel Teo is a passionate and dedicated educator with over 26 years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and believes strongly in lifelong learning. To broaden her professional expertise, she pursued a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), driven by her calling to teach.
Her versatility and commitment to excellence were recognised early in her career when she was appointed Subject Head of Science (Internal) just three years into her teaching journey—an affirmation of the trust and confidence placed in her by senior leadership.
Mrs Teo continues to invest in her professional development. She holds a Certificate of Professional Practice in Phonics, awarded by GIG, which has proven invaluable in supporting the foundational literacy needs of her primary-level students. Her strong command of the English Language has enhanced her ability to teach across subjects, particularly in English, Mathematics, and Science.
Over the years, many of her students have not only developed greater confidence in their learning but have also achieved strong academic outcomes in school-based and national examinations.
Firm in her belief that every child can learn and that education is a lifelong journey, Mrs Rosabel Teo is committed to nurturing every student at KPEH, helping them grow and realise their fullest potential.

Teacher Shirley – Specialist Educator with 17 Years of Experience
Teacher Shirley brings 17 years of teaching experience across both mainstream and special education settings, working with primary and secondary students of diverse learning needs and styles. She holds a Diploma in Special Education (with Credit) from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), as well as a Specialist Diploma in Dyslexia Studies from the Dyslexia Association of Singapore.
Her extensive experience has enabled her to support students in achieving academic success, with many progressing confidently into their preferred secondary schools, junior colleges, and polytechnics.
Guided by the belief that "Children are likely to live up to what you believe of them," Teacher Shirley is committed to empowering every learner. She firmly believes that all children can learn and have the potential to thrive. Recognising that each student learns differently, she thoughtfully designs every lesson to meet individual learning needs, ensuring that every child in her class receives the support they need to succeed.
With a nurturing and tailored approach, Teacher Shirley strives to help every student grow in confidence and develop a genuine love for learning.

Mr Low Yee Peng – Experienced Educator in Mathematics and Science
Mr Low Yee Peng holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours, Second Class) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom. With over 20 years of professional experience in electronics R&D and manufacturing, Mr Low brings real-world relevance to his teaching of STEM subjects.
For the past 10 years, Mr Low has dedicated himself to tutoring secondary school students in ‘O’ and ‘N’ Level E and A Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. He has also taught Junior College H2 Mathematics and Physics, as well as electronics and electrical engineering modules at the Polytechnic level. His students have seen significant improvements—many progressing by three grades or more, with some achieving distinctions such as A1 in ‘O’ Level Mathematics and top scores in Polytechnic Engineering Mathematics.
Mr Low believes that effort is the foundation of success and that true mastery in Math and Science begins with conceptual understanding—not rote memorisation. His teaching methodology emphasises step-by-step explanations of core concepts, guided practice with clear examples, and targeted assessments to identify and address areas of weakness.
Known for his patience and ability to communicate effectively with students, Mr Low creates a supportive learning environment where students are empowered to overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
